Naples has been part of Suzanne's family life since 2010, and in 2022 she bought her first home here. That experience as a buyer is one of the reasons this office exists. She saw how much an out of state buyer needs a true advocate in this market, and she built a team to be exactly that.
Suzanne brings $2.6 billion in career sales and roughly 6,000 transactions to every conversation, along with the highest average sale price in the State of Wisconsin. She has served on Wisconsin's Standards Committee for ethics since 2007 and serves on the ethics boards of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® (MIAAOR).
GRETCHEN KEATING

A Florida resident, Gretchen leads the firm's day to day work in Naples and Marco Island. She serves on the Professional Standards Committee of both the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR) and the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS® (MIAAOR), the committees entrusted with upholding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics in Collier County.
Gretchen has been with Suzanne since the firm's beginning. Her years serving Milwaukee's North Shore mean that clients arriving from the Midwest work with someone who understands exactly what they are leaving and what they are looking for.
