Isles of Collier Preserve is a gated, nature centered community four miles from downtown Naples, where more than half of the land is lakes and preserve. Homes now trade on the resale market, with prices from the $600,000s to more than $2 million.
Built by Minto Communities beginning in 2014, Isles of Collier Preserve borrows its look from Old Naples: a colorful take on classic coastal architecture, set along the Cypress Waterway. Minto's final homes have sold, so every home for sale today is a resale. Buyers choose from paired villas, coach homes, Coastal Cottages, and single-family homes by Minto and Stock Signature Homes, many with lake or preserve views.
The community covers about 2,400 acres off U.S. 41 in East Naples, at 5445 Caribe Avenue. Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, and the Gulf beaches are a short drive away, and Marco Island is an easy drive south. Isles of Collier Preserve won National Association of Home Builders awards for Best Mixed-Use Community and Best Clubhouse.
Life at Isles of Collier Preserve centers on The Isles Club, whose clubhouse design takes its cue from the original Naples Beach Hotel. Residents share a resort style pool, a lap pool, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, a dog park, and The Overlook Bar & Grill on the Cypress Waterway.
The outdoors is the real amenity. About eight miles of trails wind through preserve land, and kayak and paddleboard launches open onto the community's blueways. Next door, East Naples Community Park hosts the Minto US Open Pickleball Championships, and boaters can join the nearby Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club for deepwater access to the Gulf.
