How do you sustain such a busy career?

I can’t run a successful organization without having a strong faith in God. You have that constitution toward your people, so that they understand you have a moral compass leading you down the road. I exercise two hours a day, and I meditate every single day. I wake up at 5 a.m., I write my list of to-do’s and write three gratitudes.

I walk out the front door for my walk or run, and really try to get in that space in my head where I can clear it and really focus on what needs to be done that day. It’s been life changing. I get into that calm meditative state so I can stay very steady and look at things very clearly. I’m very disciplined, but I work on myself every day.
