2325 Carrington CT 203

Top floor, corner, facing west over the water. From the screened lanai, you look across the lake and its fountain to the fairway beyond, and the last light of the day comes in low over all of it. In the morning the same lanai sits in the building's shade, so coffee outside is comfortable until the sun swings around. Nobody lives overhead. Raised ceilings give the rooms more air than the floor plan suggests. Views like this usually come with a project attached. Here the project is finished. Quartz counters and updated cabinetry make staying in easy on the nights you skip the clubhouse. The baths are done as well, so the first week here is spent on the course. When the season ends, you lock one door and leave the grounds to the association. The primary suite sits on one side of the great room, with its own bath and a walk-in closet that holds the Naples wardrobe while you're away. The second bedroom, on the other side, takes guests, a desk, or a quiet afternoon with the door closed. In Stonebridge, golf comes with the address rather than a separate club decision. Vanderbilt Beach is a short drive west. Any owner in Carrington can redo a kitchen. Nobody can move a residence upstairs, onto a corner, and turn it toward the sunset.
