1041 3rd ST

This double Lot is located in the middle of the entertainment district of Fort Myers Beach. 2 Blocks from the beach, 1 Block from the new Margaritaville Resort and Neighbor to the Lighthouse Resort, this property was home of the Sundeck Inn & Suites until Hurricane Ian demolished the Hotel and forced the owners to tear it down as it was not salvageable. It is now waiting for a new owner & developer that will put a new building on it. Many different possibilities from Mixed used to Hotel/Motel up to Multi-Unit buildings are possible. The adjacent lot at 1051 Third St. is included in this offer and price point.
